Whole Health Club

Whole Health Club is a 12 week programme funded by Guys and St Thomas's Charity to provide support and encouragement to be more active, improve fitness and learn to eat well.

The programme includes.

  • Action planning.
  • Weekly support group to encourage and help overcome challenges.
  • Healthy Cooking and eating sessions – 6 week programme run by our trained chefs.
  • Weekly group session with trained sports facilitators at the London South Bank University Gym—ongoing.
  • Monthly dance sessions with Ariella.
  • Other healthy fun activities including local walks, visits to galleries.
  • As it’s a pilot project your commitment for 12 weeks is essential.


Limited places

The next 12 week programme begins on Tuesday 25th April and there are limited places. You will need to make a referral and complete the initial forms before this date with Renuka or Ad at the office.
