Whether you are looking for a training and development pathway or prefer a less structured environment including peer support, there will be something here to help you develop skills and confidence. Creative writing
Peer-led and facilitated. Chance to explore creatively.
You don’t need to be a poet or a writer, beginners welcome.

Stretch to Life
10 easy mindful movements to increase concentration and balance.

Next Steps
Taking action towards achieving your future goals.
Group discussion, setting goals, action plans, skills sharing in a peer supportive way.

Cook & Eat Programme
These run regularly for 6 weeks throughout the year. You need to book early as there are limited spaces, its’ essential to attend all 6 sessions. Learn and participate how to cook healthy on a budget, In partnership with Made in Hackney. Next courses coming soon in June and September 2019.
