MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

We promote well-being through helping to build confidence, make connections and relationships, learn new skills and peer support.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Service at Blackfriars Settlement offers our Thinking Ahead programme of free face to face groups and online zoom activities, to help you to stay connected and active. Thriving art sessions come as standard as well as group discussions, social groups and outings throughout the year.
